Last Saturday, after some begging, we finally went to the pumpkin patch! I know Sebastian won't really remember many of these events but eventually he will so we might as well start the family traditions now! :)
Sebastian decided he didn't want us to sleep in so our hope was to get going early to beat the crowds. But, of course, we ended up leaving much later than we planned. Luckily since it was colder out than it had been in weeks, there weren't as many people out. What can we say... we're homebodies and hate crowds!
Anyway, we started off with a delicious and ridiculously huge breakfast at the Rusty Pelican before heading out to Snohomish. We were originally going to The Farm but we heard that Becker and Madison were headed to Craven Farm so we ended up meeting up with them there (along with Madison's nephew, Max).
Since it was cold out and my foot was hurting (I wasn't able to wear my boot with all the mud), we didn't stay long but we did manage to pick out some pumpkins and snap some family photos. All in all, it was a fun day. We can't wait to go back when Sebastian can actually pick out his own pumpkin! :)
We'll have to go together next year...once I'm back to being limited to only weekends....boo hoo :(
